Principal Business Consultant AI
For our client, we are seeking a Principal Business Consultant AI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Compensation
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects to enhance business processes and improve software adoption
- Consult with clients to assess their business and technical needs for self-service and AI solutions
- Provide recommendations for best practices in implementing self-service and AI software
- Collaborate with product development for feedback based on client experiences
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring their engagement in projects
- Act as the primary guide for application and data consultants in consulting engagements
- Analyze client data to pinpoint opportunities for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in self-service or AI software domains
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience with contact center enterprise software; expertise in digital/unassisted self-service channels
- Knowledge management expertise and familiarity with generative AI in customer service preferred
- Strong ability to engage with senior executive audiences and stakeholders effectively
- Proven history of leading project teams and driving operational performance improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
