About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to join the team of a prominent leader in the Information Technology sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering critical outcomes for customers and stakeholders, focusing on advanced Microsoft 365 solutions. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key priorities, collaborate across various functions, and significantly impact projects, ensuring high visibility and professional growth.
This position is fully remote, open to US-based candidates only, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure Exchange hybrid environments.
- Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migrations, with a strong focus on email and tenant-to-tenant transitions.
- Execute third-party email migrations from platforms such as Google Workspace.
- Provide expert advice to clients on identity architecture and conditional access policies.
- Develop robust PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API calls to automate various tasks.
- Efficiently troubleshoot mail flow and authentication issues within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on solution architecture, documentation, and project execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online and hybrid migration scenarios.
- Expert-level proficiency in performing tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Deep understanding of identity services, including Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Strong practical experience with migration tools such as Quest On Demand, AvePoint Fly Saas, and BitTitan.
- Demonstrated expertise in PowerShell scripting and utilizing the Microsoft Graph API.
- Familiarity with Defender for Office 365 compliance settings is essential.
