About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Workday Reporting & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations of Workday reporting, including report intake and quality review
- Lead and manage a small team delivering reporting and analytics support
- Establish and maintain report nomenclature and standards
- Govern and administer reporting content within the People Analytics Marketplace
- Build, test, and optimize advanced Workday reports
- Lead quality assurance activities for reporting solutions
- Develop documentation and governance materials for consistent reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, HR, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- 10-15 years in data, analytics, reporting, HR systems, or related disciplines
- 3-6 years of managerial experience preferred
- Significant hands-on experience with Workday reporting
- Experience in report governance and analytics administration within HR or a similarly complex function
