About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Transformation & People Insights to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives within People Analytics
- Own dashboard visualization standards to enhance user experience
- Design and deliver insight products utilizing BI tools like Qlik or Tableau
- Manage an analytics team member to ensure project success
- Collaborate with HR to identify and prioritize workforce analytics needs
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate workforce trends
- Communicate complex analytical findings in straightforward language
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Business Analytics, or related field required; Advanced degree preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in analytics, data science, or HR analytics preferred
- 3-6 years of people leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools required
- Experience with Workday data and HR systems is mandatory
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders
