Manager, Know Your Customer
For our client, we are seeking a Manager Know Your Customer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. You ’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Business Services space. You ’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.
Location
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation
$145,000 – $192,500 annually.
Responsibilities
- Oversee KYC, onboarding, and periodic review processes
- Manage case volume workflows to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide constructive feedback on Customer Risk Acceptance memos
- Lead and develop KYC analysts to enhance decision-making
- Conduct customer compliance reviews to improve client programs
- Implement AI-driven improvements to KYC processes
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex compliance issues
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AML and KYC reviews for corporate customers
- 3+ years managing analyst teams, focusing on performance and quality
- 2+ years crypto experience
- Proven ability to implement AI-driven enhancements in compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills with executive presence
