Lead Ads Product Marketing Manager Programmatic Supply & Inventory
We are seeking a Lead Ads Product Marketing Manager Programmatic Supply & Inventory to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will partner with creative, analytics, product, and commercial teams to turn market insights into campaigns, tests, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market execution while improving acquisition, conversion, and revenue outcomes within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,747 – $300,067 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio-level go-to-market strategy for supply and inventory across formats and deal types.
- Define durable positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks aligned to company objectives.
- Independently lead complex, multi-quarter go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Influence product roadmap, packaging, and investment decisions through market and customer insights.
- Develop commercial strategy, sales motions, and best-in-class enablement.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Product, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing.
- Apply an AI-first approach to problem-solving, research, and analysis, leveraging internal AI and tooling as a default step.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic marketing roles in ad tech or digital media.
- Deep expertise in programmatic supply-side technologies, inventory management, and marketplace dynamics.
- Proven ability to operate independently at a strategic level and drive outcomes in matrixed organizations.
- Strong track record of influencing roadmap, revenue strategy, and cross-functional execution.
- Advanced strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and strong business acumen.
- Experience mentoring peers and shaping organizational standards for GTM excellence.
