Growth Marketing Manager Web and CRO
For our client, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager Web & CRO to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the website strategy and roadmap to align with business growth
- Spearhead CRO strategy by designing and running continuous testing programs to improve conversion rates
- Manage 5+ weekly web requests from stakeholders, maintaining a transparent backlog
- Project manage internal and external partners for high-quality website deliverables
- Oversee Webflow CMS operations including page builds and publishing workflows
- Enhance website quality through improved messaging and user experience
- Lead localization efforts with International Marketing to support multi-language site expansion
- Build performance reporting insights, collaborating with Marketing Ops for accurate measurement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end ownership of a marketing website, including roadmap development and execution
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms for page builds and updates
- Experience in managing external web or design agencies
- Proficient in GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools with A/B testing experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of requests
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
