Engagement Health Manager at Ladders
Ladders is seeking an Engagement Health Manager for their client, a leader in the Business Services sector. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and stakeholders within the Business Services space, requiring cross-functional collaboration and strong ownership of priorities. This position offers significant visibility, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a substantial impact.
Location and Compensation
This is a fully remote position open to US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship is not available. The compensation ranges from $130,000 to $185,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) program for large-scale projects.
- Evolve Engagement Health into an enterprise-level Engagement Delivery Excellence framework.
- Co-lead the senior leaders' group (EH Champions) to identify key themes and drive organizational change.
- Analyze QA feedback to pinpoint trends and potential risks for executive leadership.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly reports to executive teams, highlighting insights and opportunities.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with diverse business units.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience within a project-based environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven ability to engage comfortably with executive leadership to address complex challenges.
- Capability to independently learn and adopt new tools, including AI technologies.
