Director - Client Delivery
Ladders is seeking a Director - Client Delivery for their client, a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote, US-based role offers a compensation range of $147,000 – $245,000 annually. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Technical Services space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client engagement strategies to align with business goals
- Implement governance models to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Support team members in developing and delivering client solutions
- Coach the Client Delivery team to navigate portfolio challenges and enhance performance
- Collaborate with Sales in executing strategic account roadmaps and driving revenue growth
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in client engagement or consulting environments
- Deep understanding of digital transformation strategies and relevant industry knowledge
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-makers and collaborate across teams
- Track record of achieving financial targets and contributing to business growth
