For our client, we are seeking a Data Scientist - Inference Community Support to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $151,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design and implement causal inference frameworks and statistical models
Build, evaluate, and iterate on causal ML models
Develop frameworks to analyze tradeoffs between competing objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics
Communicate insights to leaders and stakeholders effectively
Strategically scale and evolve data science capabilities within the domain

Qualifications

2+ years of industry experience in a quantitative analysis role
Master's degree in a quantitative field or PhD in relevant fields
Strong knowledge of causal inference and experimental design
Experience with Bayesian modeling and statistical inference
Hands-on experience in building and deploying statistical or ML models
Skilled in Python/R and SQL
Excellent communication and project management skills
