Responsibilities
- Build core backend systems for the company’s agent platform
- Design scalable services and APIs for AI agents
- Develop the agent memory layer managing context and retrieval
- Create infrastructure for monitoring and evaluating agent behavior
- Translate product needs into backend architectures and data models
- Define technical direction for agentic AI and contribute to strategy
- Champion engineering excellence and mentor team members
- Contribute to team growth through hiring and fostering culture
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in production systems
- Expertise in designing and operating distributed systems for complex workflows
- Familiarity with AI, LLM, or agentic systems
- Strong focus on production quality and reliability metrics
- Proficient communication skills for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
- Full stack experience or collaboration on frontend projects
- Deeper knowledge of AI/ML evaluation and retrieval systems
- Experience with knowledge graphs and entity resolution
