For our client, we are seeking a AI/ML Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML applications focused on innovative solutions
- Construct and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing
- Develop machine learning models for risk scoring and anomaly detection to guide decision-making
- Apply graph analytics to identify hidden relationships among complex data sets
- Serve model inferences by developing and maintaining REST APIs for integration purposes
- Collaborate with teams to rapidly prototype solutions for critical mission challenges
- Deploy and manage applications using cloud environments, leveraging infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum of six years of hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Strong expertise with Python for AI/ML applications and data engineering
- Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications and re-ranking strategies
- Experience developing AI chatbots and conversational agents
- Knowledge of Python data science libraries like NumPy and Scikit-learn
- Experience applying NLP techniques such as named entity recognition and text classification
