Our client, a leader in the Media space, is seeking an AI Workflow & Automation Senior Manager for their People Operations team. This role is pivotal in leading HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will collaborate across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to enhance workflows, elevate service quality, and drive data-informed decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to modernize core HR processes while significantly improving the employee and manager experience within a dynamic Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the AI and workflow automation roadmap for People Operations.
- Lead discovery sessions to design future-state digital workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Configure and deploy AI solutions and digital assistants in collaboration with technology and IT teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine workflows based on insights and analytics.
- Collaborate on defining metrics to track automation success and its business impact.
- Ensure adherence to governance principles and document key decision processes within workflows.
- Create and execute change management plans for new workflows, incorporating stakeholder training.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, process design, or intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with workflow design in HCM or automation platforms such as Workday or UiPath.
- Proven ability to map complex business processes into clear requirements and decision logic.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
