AI Transformation Strategist
For our client, we are seeking an AI Transformation Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with VP and Director leaders to define AI transformation priorities and drive program execution
- Build credibility with C-suite stakeholders to contribute to high-stakes conversations
- Define transformation roadmaps connecting automation strategy to measurable business outcomes
- Structure ambiguous business challenges into actionable recommendations for program owners
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to align stakeholders and challenge assumptions
- Develop senior-level materials to support program decisions and strategic insights
- Combine strategic advisory with hands-on execution in AI agent development and delivery
- Design and execute change management programs focused on enterprise-wide scale execution
Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory with experience influencing VP and Director-level leaders
- Experience in scoping, building, and shipping AI or conversational AI products, ideally in agent development
- Demonstrated ability to shape AI or digital transformation programs and build business cases for sponsorship
- Strong technical fluency for collaboration with engineers on product architecture and conversational design
- Deep understanding of contact center ecosystems and their operational nuances
- Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation programs in CCaaS or enterprise SaaS contexts
- Outstanding communication skills to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Proficient in change management frameworks and capable of implementing them effectively at scale
