Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to develop effective leadership behaviors.
  • Advise on recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Support training needs and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance and uphold HR federal and state requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to guide decision making.
  • Act as a backup to the Corporate HR Specialist.

Work Conditions

This role requires physical office presence five days a week split between Londonderry, NH and Bedford, NH. Occasional business travel and extended hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist; 3+ years as an HR Business Partner preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site or international environments is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
