Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to develop effective leadership behaviors.
- Advise on recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide coaching on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Support training needs and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance and uphold HR federal and state requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to guide decision making.
- Act as a backup to the Corporate HR Specialist.
Work Conditions
This role requires physical office presence five days a week split between Londonderry, NH and Bedford, NH. Occasional business travel and extended hours may be necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist; 3+ years as an HR Business Partner preferred.
- Experience in multi-site or international environments is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
