Job Description

Global Performance Media Manager

Lacoste is seeking a Global Performance Media Manager to join their global team and enhance their online paid media expertise. Reporting to the Senior Full Funnel Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of the brand's performance-driven digital activation strategy (SEA, paid social, affiliation, retargeting), serving as a central global expert for various regions including EMEA, APAC, China, NORCAM, and LATAM.

You will play a crucial role in structuring, coordinating, and optimizing online business-focused campaigns, employing a full-funnel approach in close collaboration with branding, data, CRM, SEO experts, and partner agencies.

Your Responsibilities

Expertise Performance Media
  • Define, structure, and evolve global strategies for online performance levers: SEA / Paid Search (Google, Bing…), Paid Social Performance (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.), Affiliation, Retargeting, Performance Display (via agencies and DSPs).
  • Coordinate the global agency ecosystem to ensure quality implementation, adherence to best practices, and consistency in activations.
Support & Regional Support
  • Support regional teams in the local implementation of strategies, adapting guidelines to market realities with a dual objective: drive-to-web and drive-to-store performance.
  • Centralize and disseminate learnings (insights, benchmarks, A/B tests, trends), and foster a shared performance culture across zones.
Piloting & Optimization
  • Monitor and challenge campaign performance with rigorous analytical approaches (ROAS, CPA, conversion…).
  • Collaborate with data teams to improve reporting tools and refine the business interpretation of results.
  • Propose concrete operational recommendations to maximize results across the entire funnel.
Cross-functional Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with Branding media experts (offline & online) to ensure seamless orchestration of global media plans.
  • Ensure alignment with CRM, e-commerce, Studio (asset management), and SEO teams, as well as platform partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in digital performance media, ideally in an international environment (agency and client-side, within an e-commerce business or a digital retail player with a strong e-commerce platform).
  • Technical and operational mastery of performance channels: SEA, paid social, performance display, affiliation, retargeting, with expertise in drive-to-web and drive-to-store activations.
  • Strong ability in synthesis, structuring, and cross-departmental project management in a multi-market environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and ability to work with diverse and multicultural stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and ROI-driven optimization, while maintaining a branding sensibility.
  • Perfect command of English (written and spoken).
