We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Coordinator to join our North America Digital team. This hybrid role supports both digital marketing (Email, SMS, App, CRM) and digital merchandising (product go live, catalog management, site QA), ensuring a seamless and compelling customer experience across our ecommerce channels in the US and Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital career who wants hands-on exposure to multiple functions—marketing, merchandising, analytics, and site operations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to launch products on time, execute marketing campaigns, and support seasonal business objectives.Key Responsibilities
Digital Merchandising
- Manage end-to-end product go-live using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP, and PIM systems, including product copy, imagery, categorization, and attribution.
- Track and communicate weekly go-live status to ensure timely launches across US and Canada.
- Conduct daily site QA to validate product accuracy, attribution, navigation, and sort/filter functionality.
- Maintain and curate product categories, support on-site storytelling, and identify opportunities based on seasonal assortments and competitive insights.
- Conduct weekly competitive analysis for digital merchandising trends and opportunities.
CRM Marketing
- Assist with building, scheduling, and deploying email, SMS and app campaigns, including promotional and automated messages.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Provide product links and merchandising support for email, SMS and app campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on email, SMS, and app performance (CTR, conversions, etc.).
- Support product and merchandising reporting as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or a related field; fashion industry experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify), ERP, and PIM systems (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) is a plus.
- Familiarity with email/SMS platforms (training provided).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker.
