Global Media Manager - Uriage Laboratories

Laboratoires Dermatologiques d'Uriage, a French dermo-cosmetic company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Global Media Manager to drive and strengthen the brand's international media strategy. Mission: Strategy & Media Execution - France

  • Define and implement the Paid Media strategy for France, aligning with brand priorities and marketing highlights.
  • Oversee the complete management of campaigns in collaboration with the international media agency: brief, activation, budget tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ensure strong synergy between media campaigns, content, influencer marketing, and e-retail activities.

Mission: Global Coordination & Market Support

  • Develop and deploy global media guidelines: strategic frameworks, playbooks, formats, KPIs, and benchmarks.
  • Support local teams in adapting the global strategy to their market: market calls, strategic advice, validation of key plans.
  • Lead an international media community to share best practices and develop high-impact initiatives.

Mission: Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Build and manage standardized performance dashboards, define KPIs (ROAS, CPM, completion rate, etc.).
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses and formulate actionable recommendations for future activations.
  • Challenge agency recommendations to continuously improve targeting, formats, and effectiveness.

Mission: Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Influencer, Content, PR, Digital, and E-Commerce teams to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings, providing data-driven insights and media expertise.
  • Contribute to internal upskilling on media challenges.

Mission: Media Innovation & Excellence

  • Promote media innovation within the organization: testing new platforms, integrating AI tools, predictive targeting, advanced measurement.
  • Anticipate market trends, competitive, and technological evolutions to foster innovation.
  • Represent Uriage with media partners, platforms, and agencies with a strong voice.

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in skincare/beauty, exclusively client-side (brand experience required).
  • Solid expertise in Paid Media, performance marketing, and omnichannel strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing a local market (ideally France) and leading a global strategy or guidelines.
  • Comfortable in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, proficiency in media KPIs and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English (daily use required).
