Job Description
About the Role
The Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee at Labcorp assists in maintaining and managing the Kit Material Supply system at the project and site level. This energetic role involves entering work orders, adjusting inventory, troubleshooting kit supply issues, and supporting investigator sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply system as per SOW.
- Enter work orders after reviewing project-specific requirements.
- Adjust collection kit inventory based on site reports or modifications.
- Troubleshoot kit supply issues and liaise with the Project Manager.
- Assist investigator sites with kit resupply research.
- Review and analyze orders from the Investigator Support Team.
- Customize KMS system to meet investigator site requirements.
- Support Technical Administrator with complex kit instructions and database issues.
- Follow management communications, SOPs, and Work Instructions closely.
- Document and escalate unresolved service failures as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
