Labcorp's Leadership Development Rotational Program offers young professionals a unique opportunity to expand their leadership potential while influencing business strategy in a global, fast-paced environment. Program Details
Duration: 2 years (with some flexibility).
Location: Primarily remote with occasional site-based opportunities (typically in North Carolina, Wisconsin, or Indiana) and potential domestic and international travel.

- Proven ability to drive projects from concept to realization.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to unfamiliar concepts.
- Experience in consulting or a health-focused field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global environment.
- An interest in leadership and developing others.
Types of Roles and Responsibilities
The program includes rotations that allow you to explore various areas such as Strategy, Operations, Program Management, Process Excellence, and other Corporate Functions. Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to defined projects that address key business challenges.
- Leading people and managing projects.
- Exercising strong analytical and project management skills.
- Balancing daily departmental tasks with rotation assignments as defined in annual charters.
Requirements / Prior Experience
- A minimum of a master’s degree (MBA preferred) with an emphasis in science or healthcare. For internal candidates, relevant experience can substitute for education.
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably 5 years or more.
- Preferred experience in leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and/or banking.
