Job Title: Data Enablement Integration Analyst I

Labcorp is seeking a Data Enablement Integration Analyst I to participate in the administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Intelligent Cloud Services environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the performance of regular upgrades, security patches, and system health checks.
• Resolve issues and optimize ETL/ELT workflows.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports providing actionable data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data visualization requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in business reports.
• Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and designs.
• Participate in database administration tasks such as performance tuning and backup.
• Monitor database health and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support Data Governance, Data Enablement, and Data Insights initiatives.
• Integrate data quality controls into technical processes.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to align projects with strategic vision.
• Communicate updates, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Engage in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to training initiatives.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

5-7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
