Overview

The Data Enablement Integration Analyst I at Labcorp participates in administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Intelligent Cloud Services environments for high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Administer and maintain cloud environments, applying upgrades and security patches.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and database performance.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable data insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and ensure data integrity.
  • Support Data Governance, Data Enablement, and Data Insights initiatives.
  • Engage in process optimization, system health checks, and performance tuning.
  • Participate in job shadowing, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Skills & Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • An ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT, SQL, database query optimization, and Cloud services.
  • High EQ with strong negotiation and change management skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent is preferred.
