Mission
As the Social Media Manager at LA ROSÉE, based in Lyon, you will be the orchestrator of social networks. Your core mission involves defining the multi-platform organic strategy and piloting the production of static and video content, ensuring complete consistency with LA ROSÉE's messaging, image, and DNA. You will guide a dedicated team, including a Community Manager and a Video Content Creator, and work cross-functionally with e-commerce, communication, influence, and artistic direction teams to highlight key moments and strategic priorities throughout the year. Your role is to inspire, coordinate, produce, and analyze, with the objective of developing LA ROSÉE's notoriety, brand love, growing its community, and enhancing its desirability.
Daily Interactions
Reporting to the Communication & Marketing Director, you will collaborate daily with the Communication & E-Commerce team. Specifically, you will work with:
- The E-commerce team: To ensure total consistency between organic social strategy and paid activations (social ads, paid influence, e-commerce highlights), optimizing communication performance.
- The Product Development team: To guarantee perfect product knowledge, create accurate and educational content, and promote new products, best-sellers, and innovations at opportune moments.
- The CSR team: To highlight LA ROSÉE's flagship projects (commitments, initiatives, responsible approaches) and foster authentic and impactful communication.
- LA ROSÉE's Artistic Director: To align and establish LA ROSÉE's image adapted to social networks.
- The Influence team: To connect influence and social media strategies.
- International teams: To ensure global coherence and adapt certain communications.
- Internal project teams (Pharma recharge, brand transition, etc.): To lead social media communication for these initiatives.
You will also manage and mentor a Community Manager and a Video Content Creator, supporting their skill development and daily execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Organic Content
- Define organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, BeReal.
- Build a continuous programming schedule and campaigns, aligned with brand highlights.
- Supervise the production and publication of static and organic video content.
- Participate in lifestyle shoots and contribute to photo selection.
- Participate in certain events and ensure their coverage/amplification on social networks.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously inform future communications (reporting + recommendations).
- Implement a social listening approach to understand discussions about LA ROSÉE, identify insights, trends, and weak signals.
2. Community & Engagement
- Grow and engage the community through content, communications, and activations.
- Support moderation, monitoring, and feeding of tools.
- Participate in live shopping events and devise social-first mechanisms to boost engagement.
- Leverage influence as an engagement driver: monitor influence news and relay highlights in coordination with the Influence team.
3. Social Media Partnerships
- Conceive, implement, and monitor social media partnerships (contests, co-creations, brand collaborations).
- Maintain existing partnerships on social networks through content strategies adapted to each collaboration.
4. Transversal Projects & Strategic Topics
- Lead social media communication for the Pharma recharge project.
- Bring LA ROSÉE's brand transition to life on social networks (narration, content, community support).
- Act as the link between French Social Media topics and international needs.
- Challenge the rapid development of LA ROSÉE: adapt tone of voice and artistic direction over time, without losing the brand's unique identity.
Required Profile
- Confirmed experience (ideally 5 years) in social media, community building, and content strategy.
- Very strong sensitivity to brand, image, tone, and storytelling.
- Excellent writing skills: impeccable spelling and a strong sense of phrasing.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram & TikTok codes and trends, and the ability to translate them to serve the brand.
- Ability to pilot a strategy and production: rigor, organization, prioritization, sense of timing.
- Comfortable with management: a benevolent, demanding, and unifying leader.
- Strong appetite for performance: KPI analysis, reporting, optimization culture.
- At ease with transversal coordination and in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus: Good knowledge of skin thanks to experience in cosmetics, beauty, or dermo-cosmetics.
- Professional English (for international liaison).
