About Streamlane
Streamlane is an innovative tech startup based in Paris and Sophia Antipolis, specializing in securing and optimizing border crossings (air, sea, land). Our SaaS platforms facilitate the automated exchange of passenger data between carriers (airlines, maritime companies, etc.) and government authorities, strictly respecting traveler confidentiality.
As a partner of IATA, ICAO, and the European agency eu-LISA, we assist governments worldwide in securing their borders against international terrorism and serious crime.
At Streamlane, you'll join a human-sized, international team in an Agile (SCRUM) environment, where technical rigor meets concrete impact on global security.
Mission
As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Business Analyst to strengthen our product team. You will be the key link between our clients (transport operators, state authorities) and our development teams, contributing directly to the quality and evolution of our SaaS solutions.
- Analyze and formalize new client requests in an Agile (SCRUM) environment
- Write quality functional documents: user stories, user guides, specifications
- Design and execute test plans for new features
- Oversee UAT certification for new clients
- Provide functional customer support according to a weekly schedule defined internally
- Participate in client meetings with the project team and present new product features
Profile Required
Education & Experience
- Master's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) with at least 4 years of experience in functional analysis
- Concrete experience within the product team of a software publisher (not an IT consulting firm)
- Experience in Agile development (Scrum or Kanban)
- Knowledge of the transport or aviation industry (PNR, DCS...) is a real plus!
Key Skills
- Mastery of French (daily meetings in French) and a very good level of English (international context)
- Rigor, attention to detail, and strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomy, while being comfortable in a collaborative environment
- Curiosity, adaptability, and proactivity in a constantly evolving context
- Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Cucumber) is appreciated
