Overview

The Seasonal Busser at La Quinta Resort & Club will:

  • Set up and clear tables efficiently
  • Stock service stations and assist servers
  • Reset tables and service-ware quickly
  • Maintain cleanliness of stations and equipment
  • Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • Follow proper standards for room service deliveries
  • Memorize table and seat numbers in dining areas
  • Complete opening & closing side work sheets

This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to service standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; one year of restaurant experience recommended but not required. Must be able to communicate clearly and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.

Physical Requirements & Safety

This job involves physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, bending, stretching, and moving distances. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required as per OSHA guidelines.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $16.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
