Job Description
Social Media Manager Apprentice
La Maison du Whisky is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager Apprentice to organize, create, highlight, and disseminate content across suitable channels and platforms, under the direction of the Brand Content Manager. If you are passionate about content creation, copywriting, photography, and video, you will be at the forefront of La Maison du Whisky's numerous B2C projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Content Manager on digital editorial strategy and content creation across various Social Media accounts.
- Participate in masterclasses, academies, tastings, and photoshoots in our 3 Parisian boutiques for ephemeral content production for our Retail universe.
- Write publications for key events across our 7 managed Social Media accounts.
- Script, shoot, and edit vertical content for our YouTube channel and Instagram.
- Manage and engage with communities across our 7 managed Social Media accounts.
- Conduct photo and video shoots in our boutiques to cover activations and news.
- Report on KPIs and monitor performance.
- Join the content production team for the world's largest spirits trade show: Whisky Live Paris 2024.
- Provide live coverage and create social media content during the 3 days of the Whisky Live Paris show.
About You:
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 or 2 degree from a Business School, Multimedia School, or Communication/Advertising school.
- Imperative first experience in Social Media/Digital.
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a strong passion for content creation.
- Creative and proactive.
- Skilled in creating Reels on Instagram using a smartphone (bonus if proficient with a camera).
- Proficient in editing software (Capcut, Davinci, Premiere Pro).
- Rigorous and structured.
- Strong interest in the premium spirits industry.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent writing skills, with perfect command of syntax, grammar, and spelling.
- Comfortable with English, both written and spoken.
- Availability for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.
