Job Overview
360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative UK to generate opportunities from our highest potential accounts in the UK territory. You will qualify inbound leads and pitch our product to prospects, detecting customer pain points and presenting the 360Learning value proposition. This role collaborates closely with Account Executives, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and master core BDR responsibilities within one month.
- Qualify leads and create opportunities for Account Executives by three months.
- Master our tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong within three months.
- Achieve monthly quotas and partner with Marketing to refine lead quality within six months.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert and assist in onboarding new team members within 12 months.
The Skill Set
- Minimum 12 months successful BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound techniques.
- Proficient in using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and adaptability.
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2).
