Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a clear vision for sales enablement to boost performance.
  • Partner with sales and go-to-market leaders for growth strategy.
  • Develop a team of subject matter experts in sales processes.
  • Deliver competitive insights and feedback to Kyriba leaders.
  • Collaborate on sales methodologies and optimize enablement resources.
  • Support new product launches with effective sales enablement.
  • Maintain a resource center in Highspot for sales teams.
  • Engage with local teams to understand field realities.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in sales, sales enablement, product marketing and go-to-market experience, preferable in a B2B software environment.
  • 6+ years leading high performing go-to-market teams.
  • Expertise in corporate finance with a focus on treasury, payments, and risk management.
  • Strong presentation, slide, spreadsheet, and writing skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation ranges from $185,300 to $234,350 annually plus variable compensation and potential long-term incentives. Comprehensive benefits details can be found on our benefits page.
