Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Educate contacts on Treasury operations and Kyriba’s offerings.
- Speak fluently on basic Treasury terminology and concepts.
- Qualify prospects and nurture non-qualified leads with resources.
- Follow-up on marketing inquiries, online ads, events and webinars.
- Perform high volume outbound calls and email marketing.
- Update SalesForce.com with key prospect information.
- Enhance product knowledge through training and self-education.
- Establish strong relationships with the sales executive team.
- Provide qualified sales-ready opportunities.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Requirements include at least 1 year professional work experience or relevant internship and a bachelor's degree. Preferred experience in inside sales or cold calling, economic markets knowledge (especially Asian-Pacific), strong telephone, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn complex Treasury concepts.
