Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Educate contacts on Treasury operations and Kyriba’s offerings.
  • Speak fluently on basic Treasury terminology and concepts.
  • Qualify prospects and nurture non-qualified leads with resources.
  • Follow-up on marketing inquiries, online ads, events and webinars.
  • Perform high volume outbound calls and email marketing.
  • Update SalesForce.com with key prospect information.
  • Enhance product knowledge through training and self-education.
  • Establish strong relationships with the sales executive team.
  • Provide qualified sales-ready opportunities.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Requirements include at least 1 year professional work experience or relevant internship and a bachelor's degree. Preferred experience in inside sales or cold calling, economic markets knowledge (especially Asian-Pacific), strong telephone, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn complex Treasury concepts.
