The Role
As a Technical Solution Manager, you will collaborate directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide cutting-edge technical solutions. You will design tailored domain-specific solutions, build cost cases, lead deals to profitability, and participate in contract negotiations. Your role involves working with both technical and business stakeholders, presenting solution documents and standardizing go-to-market pitches across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to capture requirements and build tailored solutions.
- Develop and present technical documents and cost models.
- Support sales efforts with proposal development and bid submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and market differentiation.
- Participate in contract negotiations up to signature.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
- Expertise in IT governance, models, and financing.
- Proven ability to build technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong experience with infrastructure management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent customer facing and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cloud architectures, hybrid infrastructures, and system integration.
- Background in supporting sales with technical presentations and cost case analysis.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and its regulations.
