The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations by improving deployment speed, system reliability, and scalability. You are expected to have a proactive mindset, a passion for automation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and monitor cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
  • Utilize infrastructure as code and configuration management.
  • Implement observability tools for proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined workflows.
  • Ensure robust security practices in deployment processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

Who You Are

You have proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years in the role, strong Linux and scripting skills, hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. You are also familiar with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, and understand networking, security best practices, and system administration.
