The Role

The Senior Business DevOps Engineer plays a key role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations to improve deployment speed, system reliability, and scalability. The candidate is expected to have a growth mindset, be customer-focused and naturally inclusive in teamwork.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in solution design and business development for DevOps activities.
  • Engage in cross-practice discussions and customer-facing engagements.
  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments.
  • Manage and monitor hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premises).
  • Automate and scale systems using Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Enhance security and resilience across environments.
  • Support growth ambition within the team.

Who You Are

You are a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. You have strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and scripting, hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code tools. You also have a good understanding of networking, security best practices, and system administration.
