The Role

Kyndryl is seeking a skilled and proactive Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of process automation using Microsoft Power Automate and cloud technologies, focusing on continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable delivery.

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for workflows.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA bots, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Analyze and improve existing automation processes through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Build custom utilities using Python, VBA as needed.
• Promote best practices in ALM, platform governance, and cloud-native development.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot live environment issues.
• Keep updated with trends in Microsoft Power Automate and automation.
