The Role: Lead Experience Designer
As a Lead Experience Designer at Kyndryl Vital Singapore, you will lead complex projects and deliver innovative solutions for critical systems. You will craft immersive, engaging experiences by understanding the needs and emotions of users and by collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives from discovery to prototyping and testing.
- Develop strong client relationships as a trusted design advisor.
- Guide design teams to deliver high-quality visual and interactive designs.
- Partner with technical teams to balance creativity with feasibility.
- Utilize human-centered design, co-creation, and effective storytelling.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Deep expertise in human-centered design methods.
- Proficiency in co-creation through workshops.
- Ability to communicate through compelling storytelling.
- Skilled in user research and both generative and evaluative methods.
- Experience in creating low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
- Strong visual communication and information design skills.
- Understanding of AI tools with a focus on quality and ethics.
Who You Are
You are a creative, curious, and empathic systems thinker with 8+ years of experience. You have deep industry vertical experience working in both enterprise and agency environments, with backgrounds that may include IT infrastructure, human behavior, or applied social sciences.
