The Role: IT Deskside Support
This position is an entry point into IT with a focus on customer service, problem solving and technical support. If you love helping others and want to explore a career in IT, this role is ideal for you.
- Provide hands-on support including incident and request resolution.
- Manage asset lifecycle including tagging, tracking, deployment and decommissioning.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Develop client friendly technical solutions and mitigation plans.
