The Role

The Infrastructure Specialist AMS Squad Leader at Kyndryl is a project-based subject matter expert in infrastructure. You will analyze problems, document and diagram work for hand-off, offer timely solutions and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. You are expected to contribute to current projects as well as engage in long-range strategic IT infrastructure planning and operational execution.

This role involves early engagement to offer solutions, decide project feasibility, and identify technical and timeline risks. You will work closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers, and your contributions may lead to clients specifically requesting your expertise.

Who You Are

You are experienced with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, and well-versed in ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). You excel in managing critical incidents, governing backlogs, SLAs and OLAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in high-pressure environments.
