The Role
The Computer Operator is responsible for executing changes, handling and resolving incidents, monitoring system health, performance, failures, and availability. You will work on a 24x7 support schedule, including any shift, weekends, and holidays, ensuring effective incident management and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client issues via Service Now ticketing using knowledge base articles.
- Monitor and report on system health, performance, and failures.
- Detect abnormalities in resource utilization and potential issues.
- Alert teams through infrastructure and system monitoring tools.
- Perform Router refresh, installs, and Circuit migrations as required.

Qualifications
Required: At least 2 years’ operations experience, hands-on Windows and Office skills, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, AWS for 24x7 support, and basic network knowledge.
Preferred: Experience with incident, problem, and change processes using various IT management tools.
Compensation
For Boulder, Colorado: $53,160 to $95,640 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
