The Role
As the Associate Partner India - Data & Gen AI, you will helm multi-disciplinary teams in complex consulting engagements. You will guide strategic change agendas across Kyndryl's largest accounts and drive profitable growth by building strong client relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Drive financial outcomes through revenue targets and margin management.
- Lead client engagement initiatives with senior executive interactions.
- Oversee complex project delivery, ensuring high performance and quality.
- Champion internal growth, talent development, and innovation.
- Shape strategic initiatives with deep Data and AI expertise.
Contribute to Profitable Growth
Manage signings; meet revenue targets; nurture pipeline opportunities; and conduct fee negotiations maintaining profitability and risk containment.
Client Engagement
Build and sustain deep relationships with top CXOs. Lead high-impact consulting initiatives and enhance client satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development.
Operational Excellence & Leadership
Achieve individual and team utilization targets, design complex engagements, and process high-quality client work. Inspire teams through a culture of continuous development and innovation while ensuring execution that is commercially focused.
Strategic Contribution
Utilize industry trends and technology expertise to influence company strategy, drive external eminence, and establish a strong organizational brand.

Who You Are
You have over 15 years of experience in client engagement at the CXO level, deep expertise in Data and AI, and a proven track record in leading complex projects. You are a strategic thinker, self-starter, and trusted advisor with remarkable leadership and innovation capabilities.
