Main Consultant Tasks

• Develop business around a database - Creation and follow-up of clients and opportunities.
• Lead Management - Receive, Identify, Insert into database, and Monitor.
• List and promote properties - Conduct comparative market analyses, Design and present strategies for property promotion.
• Conduct commercial processes until closing – from property promotion to Escritura (Deed).
