Internship Overview

The Benefits Service Representative Internship – Summer 2026 is designed for students working towards a BA or BS. Join a team that offers on-the-job training, one-on-one mentorship, flexible hours, and even paid housing if you are not from Dubuque.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job shadow and train with service and marketing staff
  • Create insurance proposals, cost illustrations, and marketing materials
  • Consult with clients on health benefits programs, legislation, and compliance
  • Analyze current health plans and recommend cost containment strategies
  • Assist with webinars and employee presentations
  • Build and maintain client relationships with high-quality service
