Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Systems Engineer to join our team as a full-time employee supporting client environments.
Role Summary
This role blends traditional IT support with modern device management, automation, and security best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to migrate and manage endpoints, improve onboarding workflows, and elevate day-to-day IT operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for tier-1 and tier-2 IT support.
- Manage and prioritize tickets in Jira Service Management.
- Support endpoint deployment and device management on macOS and Windows using Kandji and Microsoft Intune.
- Lead the migration of PCs to Intune and establish secure configuration standards.
- Implement zero-touch provisioning strategies for new devices.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding workflows ensuring secure access management.
- Support identity and access management with Okta integrations and workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline IT operations with automation and AI-driven tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for compliance, documentation, and consistent operations.
What You Bring
- Strong experience with macOS and Windows environments and device management platforms.
- Hands-on administration experience with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or 1Password.
- Working knowledge of SOC II compliance principles and security best practices.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or comparable ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency, documentation, and workflow management.
Bonus Experience
- Direct experience migrating PCs to Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Okta Workflows or scripting automation.
- Experience in supporting distributed or remote-first organizations.
- Familiarity with SOC II environments and audit readiness.
