Overview

The Logistics IT Implementation Manager at Kuehne+Nagel manages end-to-end warehousing and transportation system implementation projects. This role contributes to daily operations by ensuring efficient storage and delivery of goods, such as fresh ingredients and delicate flowers, while enhancing operational visibility and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CL IS TMS projects, including external implementations and internal initiatives.
• Analyze customer and operational requirements to design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to configure KN applications.
• Develop test plans and validate system requirements through rigorous testing.
• Drive process improvements and document project outcomes for standardization.
• Participate in on-site implementation and client interactions to ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT/Business Management or equivalent, along with 2 years of technical and operations experience in warehousing and transportation. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or MS Project, and knowledge of systems like JDA WMS, Manhattan WMOS, and Oracle Transportation Management is preferred. A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on 5S is essential.
