Freelance Video Creator
We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and detail-oriented Freelance Video Creator to join our team and produce high-volume, high-quality video content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, policy-safe, and performance-driven videos that help drive traffic and support growth across our platforms. Your creativity and technical skills will play a key role in shaping the way our content is experienced by audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create, edit, and optimize videos at scale.
- Ensure all videos are visually strong, on-brand, and compliant with policies.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality, paying attention to even the smallest details.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and video strategies.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Native-level English (written and verbal)
- Strong AI orientation and comfort using AI tools to accelerate video production
- Hands-on experience with video editing platforms
- Ability to produce high-quality content quickly in a high-scale environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and sensitivity to small nuances in visuals and sound
- Strong communication skills and willingness to actively contribute ideas
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to short-notice changes
- Strong critical thinking - you don’t just execute tasks, you actively improve the creative output
What You Bring:
- 2–3+ years of experience in video production or creative video roles
- A high level of independence - you pick things up quickly and don’t need repeated guidance
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video work, including short-form, long-form, or social media content
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in innovating and improving video content
