Job Title: Data Scientist Lead

Type of Engagement: Full-Time

Location: USA (Remote)

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Data Science and Machine Learning experience.

• Expertise in Retail and Supply Chain Forecasting (Mandatory).

• Retail domain experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series Forecasting, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, Bayesian Modeling, Reinforcement.

• Python, SQL, R, Spark.

• Statistical Modeling, Hypothesis Testing, A/B Testing, and Experimental Design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Data Science and AI consulting projects from solution design production delivery.

• Build scalable ML/AI models with a focus on Retail and Supply Chain Forecasting and Retail analytics.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

• Lead and mentor Data Science teams, supporting career growth and technical excellence.

• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Build production-ready ML pipelines, deploy models, and monitor model performance.
