Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, you will work within a case team supporting a Manager and/or Senior Manager, ensuring superior client service. Your responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Supervising junior analysts and managing a full case load.
- Project Execution: Proactively managing cases to exceed requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
- Research & Communication: Handling escalated claim inquiries and communicating findings with clients and internal teams.
- Reporting & Documentation: Reviewing reporting for accuracy, developing business rules, and ensuring documentation meets the service agreement.
Essential Traits
Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent experience, at least 2 years in claims administration or a related field, excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and an understanding of data management concepts.
