About the Role

The Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions at Kroll delivers clarity to clients' most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges using sharp analytical skills and the latest technology. As part of One team, One Kroll, you will work within Duff & Phelps, a Kroll business and a leading middle-market M&A advisor serving varied clients globally.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of transactions in all stages from pitch to closing
  • Communicate regulatory, financial, and strategic issues clearly
  • Market services internally and externally, developing client networks
  • Ensure quality of deliverables with strong attention to detail
  • Mentor and develop Staff, Vice Presidents and Directors
  • Manage diverse projects based on experience and capability

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ middle market M&A execution experience
  • Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree; sector expertise preferred
  • Ability to generate new business through relationship cultivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and managing client relationships
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and leadership skills
