Overview
Duff & Phelps, a Kroll business, is a leading middle-market M&A advisor serving public corporations, financial sponsors, family-owned businesses and other private companies globally. The role involves working on a variety of transactions from initial pitches to closings.
Responsibilities
- Lead sell-side, buy-side and divestiture assignments.
- Manage transactions from pitches to closings.
- Communicate regulatory, financial and strategic issues clearly.
- Market services to internal and external clients, build networks.
- Ensure quality deliverables through strong attention to detail.
- Mentor and develop team members including Staff, Vice Presidents and Directors.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in middle market M&A advisory.
- Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree.
- Sector experience in Technology, Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare, ADG and Business Services.
- Proven ability to generate new business and cross-sell firm services.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience in matrixed organizations.
Locations
This role can be based in New York, Boston, Washington DC, Charlotte, Nashville, Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Seattle.
