Job Overview
The Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions at Kroll will join the leading Consumer industry practice within the M&A group. You will work on sell- and buy-side mandates, recapitalizations/refinancings, and restructurings for middle-market companies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Key tasks include:
- Creating marketing materials and operating models.
- Managing day-to-day communication and virtual data rooms with clients.
- Assisting in client prospecting through creating pitch decks and valuation models.
- Driving industry thought pieces and other marketing collateral.
- Mentoring and developing both experienced and incoming analysts.
Applicant Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years M&A experience or MBA with 1 year M&A experience.
- Active FINRA Series 79 and 63 certifications.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial tools.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven history as a self-starter working both individually and in teams.
