Job Responsibilities

  • Cyber risk assessments and incident response
  • Forensics and breach notification
  • Technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments
  • Providing quick, expert support in cyber incidents

Candidate Requirements

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic Linux knowledge
  • Understanding of roles such as First Line Support, Cyber SOC Analyst, or SIEM/EDR administration
  • Strong communication skills and technical know-how
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply education to practice
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

Nice To Have:

  • ITIL service desk experience and cybersecurity certification
  • Solid networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of data protection laws and policies
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
